Excellent patient care requires not only good facilities but also a dedicated staff. The hospital therefore provides services to promote the well-being of all personnel. A Credit Union was established in 1977, and a Personal Welfare Committee began operating in 1989. A day care center has proved very helpful for working parents. There are over 25 different recreational and leisure-time clubs available, as well as opportunities to travel on group tours within Taiwan or overseas.
