我們的研究致力於將基礎研究轉化為臨床應用，透過創新的研究方法與技術，為癌症治療開創新的方向。

研究主題分為三項，包括：

一、癌症治療抗藥性與預後預測研究：本研究主軸致力於開發精準的治療預測模型，並深入探討癌症治療抗藥性的分子機制。運用次世代定序技術分析腫瘤基因突變圖譜，透過整合基因突變分析與臨床資料，開發新穎治療策略克服藥物抗性。

二、癌症轉移與微環境調控：本研究探討癌症器官特異性轉移機制及腫瘤微環境的調控作用。特別關注外泌體在癌症轉移過程中的關鍵角色、研究腫瘤微環境與外泌體的互動，致力開發創新的診斷與治療策略。

三、氧化壓力與癌症幹細胞特性研究：探討癌症發展過程中氧化壓力、脂質代謝與癌症幹細胞特性之間的密切關聯。我們運用先進的研究方法，包括癌症幹細胞特性分析、氧化壓力檢測、脂質體學分析等多樣化的實驗技術，深入研究這三者之間的交互作用機制。研究團隊特別關注於癌症幹細胞的形成與維持過程中，氧化壓力如何透過脂質代謝的調控來影響癌症的發展。
