Do you offer a discount for low-income patients, disabled patients, and military veterans and their dependents?
低收入及領有殘障手冊、榮民(榮眷)醫療費用是否優免?
Treatment is completely free for low-income patients. If you are a physically or mentally disabled and have a disability certificate, then the basic co-payment is 50 NT dollars. If you are a veteran (or the dependent of a veteran), then you have to pay only the registration fee and the copayment is waived.
如果您是低收入戶，則全數優免醫療費用，如果您是身心障礙者，持殘障手冊，門診基本部分負擔僅收取50元，若您是榮民（榮眷）則僅收取掛號費，優免部份負擔費用。

The morning clinic is 8:00--11:30.
The afternoon clinic is 13:00--16:00.
The evening clinic is 18:00--21:00.
After 9:00 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon, you don't have to get a queue number. Just register at Rapid Registration Counter 9 or 10.
早診9:00、午診14:00之候不必抽號碼牌，直接至9、10號快速掛號窗口掛號.。
How can a first-time patient make an appointment?
請問初診病患如何辦理預約掛號？
A first-time patient can make an appointment using his or her ID number. On the day of the appointment, go to the service counter first and fill out a First-visit Basic Data Form and register at the registration counter, and then report to the examination room.
初診病患可以身分證字號預約掛號，看診當天請先至服務台填寫『初診掛號基本資料單』後，至批價櫃台登錄資料後，再至診間報到。
