（1）Application time and place of hospitalization

◎ Taipei MacKay Memorial Hospital：Inpatient Center on the first floor of the Gospel Building
                                          Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 17:00; Saturday and holidays: 08:30 to 16:00

◎ Tamsui MacKay Memorial Hospital：MacKay Building Inpatient Center
                                           Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 17:00; Saturday and holidays: 08:30 to 16:00

◎Out-of-hours or emergency patients should go to the emergency inpatient counter at the hospital.
◎Please leave your phone number to wait for the notification of bed availability.
◎Beds will not be reserved after the notification time.
◎We do not allow visitors to find out about hospitalization information, so please inform us when you check in.
◎ If you have received your chronic disease medication from another medical facility, please bring it to your hospital room for your doctor's reference upon admission.
（2）Required documents for hospitalization

◎Bring the resident's health insurance IC card, ID card (account book) and contact person ID.

◎Fill out the   form online beforehand  or   
◎If you have a serious injury or illness, occupational injury, or a status of honorable citizen or welfare insurance, please inform us when you apply for hospitalization.。
