DermPath Fellowship-Activities

Activities

 

The fellow will participate in both mandatory and elective department activities.

 

Mandatory activities:

 

• Sign out dermatopathology slides every Monday to Friday morning (3 hours)

• Attend dermatopathology glass slide teaching tests, every two weeks (1 hour)

• Attend the weekly clinico-pathological conference (1 hours)

 

Elective activities:

 

• Observe and learn with attending physicians at outpatient clinics (in Mandarin, optional)

• Observe procedures performed in the treatment room (optional)

• Attend the weekly journal club (optional)

• Attend weekly ward rounds (optional)

• Observe and learn with attending physicians at special clinics (optional)

• Teach medical students about the basic dermatopathology.
