Eligibility & Application

 

Eligibility

 

• Board-certified dermatologists or pathologists

• English or Mandarin speaking

• Priority for recommended candidates from academic societies

Contact us about the availability if your are interested in training less than one year in any time.

 

Application

 

• One-year full-time training starting from July 1

• Application deadline: December 31 in prior year

• Acceptance letter will send to applicants before January 31

• Required documents:

　　1. personal CV or resume

　　2. personal statement

　　3. recommendation letter (if any)

　　4. publication (if any)

 

Accepted applicacants should prepare documents listed below for government approval and VISA application

 

1. Application form (Taiwan International Healthcare Training Center)

2. Three photos

3. Recommendation letter

4. Health status report (for training more than 3 months, chest X-ray, serology test for hepatitis B, syphilis, measles, rubella within 3 months prior to the application)

5. Training proposal (including the purpose, exact training period, type of training course, name of instructor, and the content of training program)*

6. Copy of the first page of passport*

7. Copy of medical license or Board Certification*

8. Certification of at least 1 year of practice experience (issued within 6 months prior to the application)*

* Item 4-8 are documents required by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan
