(The examination time is approximately two hours)
注意事項:
1攜帶護照或居留證正本及影本
2.攜帶六個月內照片2張
3.如有施打過麻疹、德國麻疹(MMR)，請攜帶疫苗證明(正本及影本)
Please bring (1)Passport/ARC(Original & copy) and (2)The last six months two-inch photos (2 photos).
If you have taken measles or rubella (MMR) vaccine, please bring immunization record (Original & copy).
