Telemedicine with MacKay Memorial Hospital in Taiwan
Even in this time of uncertainty, MacKay Memorial Hospital is a place for love, support and healing — and we're delivering the care you need. We understand traveling for medical care during the COVID-19 pandemic is challenging, and video consultation can be great options when you seek medical treatment or advice from overseas. We welcome both new and existing patients to book a video consultation with us.

Please have your medical records or reports ready and let us know your medical concern via mmhimsc@mmh.org.tw. We will have a coordinator to schedule your appointment and assist you with further arrangements.
Fee
The video consultation fee is $7500 NTD/30mins (Video consultation: 6500 NTD/30 minutes, special clinic registration fee 1000 NTD, total 7500 NTD). Payment can be made either online or transfer. An additional charge is applied if extended time is requested.
