To start arranging your visit to MacKay , please follow these steps:
Step 1: Registration

Step 2: Medical records submission
Before we can schedule your appointment, we need to receive your medical records, which may include doctor's notes, radiology images (in DICOM format) and reports, pathology reports, surgical reports, and lab results. If written records are not in English or Chinese, you need to have them professionally translated into English or Chinese before submitting them to our office.
Step 3: Medical records review
After we receive your medical records, our medical team will review them to determine whether MacKay offers treatments that may benefit you.
Step 4: Financial clearance
After you are accepted for care at MacKay, we would like you to provide a letter of consultation with our Doctor. Please fill out the MacKay Memorial Hospital Remote Diagnosis and Treatment Consent Form, list your questions, and email it back to us with a copy of your passport. Kindly note this service for the telemedicine consultation will be charged for $NT 7,500.

2. Please email us the screenshot of the final screen that shows the payment has been made.
3. After the payment has been processed, we'll send you a receipt after consultation via email for you to keep.
Step 5: Appointment scheduling
After you are accepted for care at MacKay, we will arrange telemedicine between you and your doctor first. You may discuss your health condition or treatment plan with your doctor. We will confirm your appointment or hospital stay. We are not able to schedule appointments without advance payment.
