By God’s call and guidance, we have the privilege of participating in Dr. MacKay’s legacy, which includes evangelical, medical, and educational ministries in hospitals and schools established in Dr. MacKay’s name. This heritage passes on a history of service unto others, glorifying God and benefiting humanity.

We desire that our colleagues would uphold the Lord’s spirit of loving others as ourselves and caring for the disadvantaged, following Christ, living in Christ-likeness, and imitating Pastor MacKay in his attitude of “rather burn out than rust out.” I hope that all the MacKay staff may be clear about the mission that we have been entrusted with, relevant to the times, and that we may become his faithful servants by God’s authority. I sincerely desire that we continue to dedicate ourselves to medical research, serve the public with our medical expertise, and continue to reform and innovate in the spirit of sustainable development.

I pray that by God’s grace and protection, all that belong to the MacKay family would care for each other, be inspired to love and be urged to do good. I long for us to be a loving family with a great witness, working for the inheritance God has bestowed upon us in unity, providing care and healing for the whole person in body, mind, and soul to fulfill the sacred mission of medical evangelism.
