Outpatient Health Insurance Refund Rules/Duration/Location |
If you do not bring your health insurance card to the clinic, you must first settle the bill at your own expense and bring your health insurance card, ID card (household certificate), and original receipt to any outpatient billing counter within 10 days (excluding holidays) for a refund. If you have other related documents (e.g. medical subsidy card), please also present them for application. |

Can I pay my medical bills by credit card? |
Outpatient: Cash, self-service payment machines, financial card transfer, EasyCard, Medical ID card, and APP mobile payment services are available. Inpatient: Cash, financial card transfer, and some credit card payment services are available (please contact the ward billing counter). |

What is the cost of your clinic? |
Since September 1, 111, our medical center has been charging at least $570 for general outpatient visits ($150 for daily registration and $420 for the basic portion of the bill), and the cost of drugs and out-of-pocket expenses vary depending on the condition. In addition, the registration fee for the evening outpatient clinic, Saturday and holidays is $180, and the cost of health insurance is at least $600. |
