二、Visiting time

     Note: 1. Please report on time according to the reference time on the registration form for the psychological consultation clinic.
               2 The time for reporting for the first consultation at night is until 20:00, and the time for reporting for the second consultation at night is until 20:30.

三、Health insurance documents: 

The health insurance card with photo (without photo ID card); for infants, bring household certificate and child health handbook; for pregnant women, bring the maternity handbook. The fee will be refunded within 10 days (excluding holidays) at the counter with the card and receipt.

四、Note on outpatient consultation

(1) Please insert your card and report to the clinic first, then follow the registration number to see the doctor. 
(2) Patients who have exceeded their appointment number will be assigned to a patient who has passed the number in the order of two numbers according to the time you reported. 
(3) You can use the Internet or voice registration or APP to check the progress of the doctor's visit, and then choose the appropriate time to attend the consultation. 
(4) Please get your bill on the same day after the consultation. Please be sure to check out at the billing counter after your visit, regardless of whether you have a prescription or not. If the bill is not settled on the day of the visit, it will be listed as unpaid from three days onwards and will have to be paid before another appointment can be made. 
(5) Please insert your card during the consultation time in order of registration for more than two departments in the same afternoon. 
(6) In accordance with the Health Insurance Law, you should present your health insurance card and identification documents when seeking medical treatment. The health insurance card can only be used by you, and it is illegal to lend or use another person's health insurance card for medical treatment.

五、Precautions to Referring Patients

(1) In order to confirm your identity and reply to the original referral hospital, please bring your health insurance card and present the referral form voluntarily. 
(2) If you have any questions about referrals, please contact the referral center for service hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

(1) Payment location: Outpatient area on the 1st to 3rd floors, each outpatient registration and approval window is available for payment (Children's Hospital payment window location: 2nd floor of the Gospel Building); self-service payment machines are also available in the outpatient area.)
