What are the levels of inpatient beds? |
1. Inpatient bed level in our hospital: Differential beds (single room, double room) and insurance beds (three-person room or above). 2. If you are staying in a differential bed, you must pay the difference of the ward fee that exceeds the standard of the insurance bed. |

What supplies do I need for my hospital stay? |
1. Please bring personal toiletries, a change of clothes, and quilts to accompany the patient's family members for hospitalization. Other daily necessities can be purchased in the hospital shopping mall. 2. If you order a meal during hospitalization, the hospital will present a set of environmentally friendly tableware, please reuse it, and no meal will be included with the next meal. |

What should I do if I need to accompany a patient? |
1. If you need to hire a companion, please contact the ward nursing station. |

What are the visiting hours in the ward? |
1. General ward hours: 10:30 am to 21:00 pm. Please refrain from visiting patients during the rest of the day to give them more time to rest. 3. In case of special epidemic prevention period, visiting restrictions will be announced by the hospital. |

Is there a telephone facility in the ward? |
1. Single and double rooms are equipped with telephone, if you make an outgoing call, the cost will be included in the miscellaneous charges. |
